The university stipulates specific requirements for contractors in catering contracts to meet moral procurement policies.  Meanwhile, the MOE campus food ingredients registration system has been introduced and meal management regulations are in place to supervise meal supply and catering contracts. All audit results were satisfactory to the regulations.
