As a Green University, the university has formulated energy policies under six low-carbon dimensions: "Green Buildings, Green Energy, Circular Resources, Green Transportation, Sustainable Living Environment, and Innovative Actions." The university is committed to promoting green procurement and a low-carbon campus. (For example, it continuously replaces the old appliances, including replacing the old lighting with LED lighting; procurement of energy-saving air conditioners; regularly replacing transformer panels). It has received certifications such as the "New Taipei City Low Carbon School (Gold Bear Level and Silver Goose Level)." The university has also been awarded the "Green Procurement Excellence Award" for four consecutive years since 2019.
