8.2.6 Employment policy pay scale equity(2022)

(1) When hiring teaching staff, the university strictly considers professional competence, academic qualifications, and experience. Equal pay for equal work is practiced, and gender has never been a basis for different compensation. The same principle applies to promotions.

(2) The university complies with the Work Rules in Chapter 9 of the Labor Standards Act to prohibit gender discrimination, implements measures for preventing sexual harassment, and has established a system for handling sexual harassment complaints.
