We commission the Procurement Division, Department of General Administration, and Formosa Plastics Corporation to manage procurement, ensuring compliance with green procurement practices and the use of environmentally friendly products that minimize environmental harm. We refer to the environmental protection and energy-saving certification provided by the websites of the EPA and the MOEAEA. Additionally, all purchases align with government grant regulations for procuring items that contribute to energy savings and carbon reduction. The outsourcing contracts for catering services at the university stipulate that procurement by contractors must adhere to ethical procurement policies. We have also implemented the Ministry of Education's Campus Food Ingredients Registration System, and the “Diet Management Regulations” have been established to oversee student catering and outsourcing contracts, with the 2022 audit results meeting the specified requirements.
