In addition to faculty, staff, and students, MCUT Library is also open to the general public for reading and searching for books on computer. In an effort to expand our service scope, we have joined the Nationwide Document Delivery System, allowing members of the Taipei Public Main Library and the New Taipei City Library to borrow books from our library. The number of books, periodicals, and audiovisual materials in the library in 2023 is 171,663; there are 372 seats for reading and 164 seats for studying. All services (including guided tours) are free.
