There are a total of 230 single and family rooms in the school’s dormitory for faculty and staff, accommodating 61% of the school’s faculty and staff (must be eligible), which are open for application one month after the start of each semester. The average monthly wage of MCUT’s faculty and staff is TWD 70,057. Using the 7th phase of the dormitory (37 pings) for calculation, the rent is TWD 7,175, which accounts for 10.2% of the average monthly wage. The rent is about 30% of that outside the university, based on accommodation of the same size. We also offer free accommodation for short-term academic exchanges.
