MCUT is committed to promoting SDG 1 – Ending poverty and adopting a number of measures to improve the economic environment. These include (1) assisting disadvantaged students to find a job; (2) providing scholarships for partner schools in remote areas; (3) encouraging alumni to make donations for educational development; (4) working with international schools for the common good; and (5) providing affordable accommodation to relieve the economic burden on students. Through these measures, MCUT is taking a proactive approach in popularizing education and reducing poverty.
