1. Hsinchu County Government has collaborated with enterprises and universities since 2023 to establish a youth employment internship platform. The program includes digital innovation enhancement courses, enterprise matching, internship support systems, and achievement presentations, all of which have produced outstanding results. Many outstanding young participants have successfully secured full-time employment opportunities after completing their internships, creating a win-win situation for both corporate recruitment and youth employment.

Now entering its fourth year in 2026, the program aims to invite even more enterprise partners and universities from the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli region to participate. In response to AI-era talent demands and Generation Z job-seeking trends, this year’s program introduces two major upgrades:

• A full transition to a “project-based internship” model, requiring at least 45 days of hands-on practical experience.

• For the first time, the recruitment target has expanded from current university students to include recent graduates within one year after graduation.

The program aims to create mutually beneficial opportunities for both enterprises and young talents.
