• High school/vocational high school graduate or above.

• No experience required. Applicants who are passionate about painting/coating work and those with painting-related experience or Level C (or above) coating certifications are preferred.

• Basic English proficiency required and must be able to work rotating shifts.

• Job Responsibilities: Assisting with aircraft body painting and coating operations.

• Salary:
Official employment salary: NT$40,000–53,000.

• After training assignment:
An additional shift allowance of NT$4,000 will be provided for on-site work.

Facility Maintenance Personnel

• College degree or above in science and engineering-related fields.

• Applicants with more than 2 years of factory facility experience or certifications related to water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, fire protection, wastewater systems, or automatic control systems are preferred.

• Basic English proficiency required and must be able to work rotating shifts.

• Job Responsibilities: Equipment maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, and facility system evaluation and outsourcing management.

• Salary:
Official employment salary: NT$42,000–53,000.

• An additional shift allowance of NT$2,000 will be provided for on-site work.

Experienced Aircraft Systems / Avionics Maintenance Personnel

• High school/vocational high school graduate or above.

• Applicants with more than 2 years of experience in aircraft systems or avionics maintenance are preferred.
Candidates holding a CAA license are especially preferred.

• Basic English proficiency required and must be able to work rotating shifts.

• Job Responsibilities: Aircraft maintenance operations.

• Salary:
Salary will be individually determined based on experience and licenses/certifications.

• An additional shift allowance of NT$2,000 will be provided for on-site work.

Penghu / Kinmen and domestic airports throughout Taiwan

Material Control Personnel

• College degree or above; no restriction on major.

• Basic English proficiency required and must be able to work rotating shifts.
Applicants with a standard automobile driver’s license are preferred.

• Job Responsibilities: Assisting with warehouse material management, material issuing/return operations, equipment maintenance, and transportation services for apron personnel.

• Salary:
Official employment salary: NT$42,000.

• An additional shift allowance of NT$2,000 will be provided for on-site work.

Computer Personnel

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information technology-related fields, or applicants who have received information technology training.

• Excellent English proficiency required. No experience necessary.
Candidates with any of the following experience or expertise are preferred:

• JAVA programming

• .NET programming

• Domino Workflow programming

• The company provides training, and employees are required to serve for at least three years.

• Job Responsibilities: Program development and programming.

• Salary:

For applicants without experience:
Official employment salary: NT$44,000.

For experienced applicants:
Salary will be individually determined based on experience.

• Applicants familiar with personal computer software applications are preferred.

• Job Responsibilities: Assisting with accounting, finance, auditing, and cashier operations; aviation material procurement; training, personnel affairs, and other internal administrative duties.
