Plan to reduce energy consumption
Have an energy efficiency plan in place to reduce overall energy consumption

To promote low-carbon concepts and ground them in our daily education routine, the New Taipei City government has established the first national “Low-carbon campus and community labels” system (provide the gold bear award and silver goose award) to encourage universities to satisfy six major low carbon dimensions of a green university: “green building, green energy, resources recycling, green transport, sustainable living environment, and innovative action.” Our university received the “low-carbon campus label: silver goose award” and was promoted to the “gold bear award” in 2020 (Evidence 1), as well as received the “outstanding green purchase” award in both 2019 and 2020 (Evidence 2).
