8.2.7 Tracking pay scale for gender equity

  1. The University hires teachers and staff based on their proficiency, education, and experience, without discrimination of different genders. The same is applied to promotions. The salary of newly recruited employees (three males and three females) are provided as evidence. The salaries of roles of the same level are the same.
  2. The University prohibits sexual discrimination and sexual harassment, and operates a sexual harassment complaint handling system as stipulated in chapter 9 of the Working Rules of the Labor Standards Act.
