  1. The University hires teachers and staff based on their proficiency, education, and experience without discrimination of different genders. The same is applied to promotions as well.
  2. The University prohibits sexual discrimination and sexual harassment, and operates a sexual harassment complaint handling system as stipulated in chapter 9 of the Working Rules of the Labor Standards Act.
