The University will never force employees to work, nor enslave them, traffic people, or use child workers in accordance with the working rules set forth in the Labor Standards Act. Working hours, including normal working hours, of employees shall not exceed 12 hours per day. Overtime shall not exceed 46 hours per month. Employees may refuse to work hours other than normal working hours due to health or other just reasons.
