8.2.3 Employment policy on discrimination

  1. The University hires teachers and staff based on their proficiency, education, and experience, without discrimination of nationality, religion, gender, age, or disability. The same is applied to promotions.
  2. An employee may file a complaint for unfair treatment. Teachers may file a written complaint to the secretary office, while staff may file a written complaint to the personnel office. The University will convene a review meeting pursuant to the regulations for the establishment of teachers, staff complaint review committees respectively.
