8.2.2 Employment practice unions

  1. The University acknowledges the labor rights of all personnel (including females and international workers).
  2. A labor management meeting is convened every three months, allowing full communication between employees and the management team.
  3. An employee may file a complaint for unfair treatment. Teachers may file a written complaint to the secretary office, while staff may file a written complaint to the personnel office. The University will convene a review meeting pursuant to the regulations for the establishment of teachers, staff complaint review committees respectively.
