8.2.1 Employment practice living wage

  1. The minimum wage of contracted personnel of the University was 31,520 in 2021, and the minimum wage of full-time employees is higher. It is satisfactory to the minimum wage of 24,000 stipulated by the Ministry of Labor and higher than the average monthly consumption of 23,021 per person in New Taipei City in 2021 announced by the Director-General of Budgets, Accounting and Statistics.
  2. The University provides 139 faculty and staff housing, 92 single dormitories, free of rent; only utilities, cleaning and management fees are collected.
  3. The average salary of all faculties was 77,636 in December 2021
  4. The salary is distributed on the 5th day every month, and at least 1.5 month year-end bonus is distributed to employees who have worked at least one year.
