update date : 2023-11-07

The university complies with the Labor Standards Act for outsourced personnel, including security, gardening, cleaning, and student dormitory management. All outsourced personnel enjoy equal rights, and these rights are explicitly stated in the outsourced contracts for security, gardening, cleaning, and student dormitory management. The outsourcing contracts explicitly state that the contractor must adhere to the Labor Standards Act and specify the implementation of measures, including the "Prohibition of Gender Discrimination," the "Prevention of Sexual Harassment," and "Gender Equality in Employment." To ensure the quality of service provided by outsourced personnel and to enhance their motivation for service, these contracts also include provisions related to incentives, encouraging the hiring company to provide rewards to its employees.
