The university is committed to complying with the Labor Standards Act and has a strict prohibition against forced labor, modern slavery, human trafficking, and the use of child labor. The working hours for employees, including normal working hours, should not exceed twelve hours per day. Extended working hours should not exceed forty-six hours per month. Employees are entitled to at least two days of rest within seven days, with one day designated as a regular day off and one day as a rest day. Furthermore, employees have the right to refuse work beyond the normal working hours due to health concerns or other legitimate reasons.
