8.2.3 Employment policy on discrimination(2022)

(1) The university strictly adheres to professional competence, academic qualifications, and relevant experience when hiring and promoting faculty and staff. Factors such as nationality, religion, gender, age, and disabilities are never considered during these processes.

(2) If any colleague feels that they have been unfairly treated, they have the option to file a complaint. Teachers can submit a written complaint to the Office of Secretary, while staff members can submit a written complaint to the Personnel Office. The school holds meetings to review and address any complaints as per the regulations outlined in the Faculty and Staff Complaints Review Committee. In 2022, no complaints were reported.
