8.2.2 Employment practice unions(2022)

(1) The university upholds the labor rights of all personnel, including women and international staff.
(2) Regular labor-management meetings are held every three months to ensure open communication between the labor and management sides.
(3) If any colleague feels that they have been unfairly treated, they have the option to file a complaint. Teachers can submit a written complaint to the Office of the Secretary, while staff members can submit a written complaint to the Personnel Office. The university convenes meetings to review and address complaints as per the regulations outlined in the Faculty and Staff Complaints Review Committee. In 2022, no complaints were reported.
