(1) In 2022, the minimum starting salary for contract staff at the university was approx. NT$33,800, complying with the Ministry of Labor's minimum wage requirement of NT$25,250. The starting salary for regular teaching staff was even more competitive, exceeding the 2022 average monthly per capita consumption expenditure in New Taipei City, which stood at NT$24,663, as announced by Executive Yuan, the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics.

(2) As of December 2022, the average salary for all university faculty and staff reached NT$85,044, reflecting a 9.5% increase compared to the average salary in December of the previous year, which was NT$77,636.

(3) Salaries are disbursed promptly on the fifth day of each month, and employees who have completed one year of service are entitled to a year-end bonus of at least 1.5 months.
