The university actively establishes relationships with NGOs and nations both domestically and internationally. Locally, faculty members from the university serve as directors, committee members, reviewers, or team leaders in NGOs and government agencies, collaboratively shaping policies. The university has implemented 172 industry-academia collaboration projects with NGOs and government agencies, totaling NT$2.23 billion. To address local issues, the university organizes numerous consultation meetings and cultural events, leveraging effective partnerships. Internationally, the university collaborated with sister schools in 2022 in exchange programs, nurturing 38 international talents, and admitting 57 students from 22 countries.
