The university collaborates with local governments in urban and rural planning and development initiatives, such as the Action Plan for the Northern Taiwan Gallery-Strip of Premier Studies, the Continuing Project to Enhance Industry Linkage for Sustainable Economic Development in New Taipei Industrial Park, and the New Taipei City Community Empowerment and Village Culture Development Project, etc. To address local traffic issues, the university cooperates with community authorities and businesses to provide nearby residents with temporary and monthly parking for their vehicles. Additionally, an enterprise education and training center has been established for school visits, lectures, seminars, visiting professors, workshops, and short-term accommodations for visitors.
