Since September 2023, MCUT has instantly monitored energy consumption equipment and electricity status on the newly installed 86 digital meters in conjunction with the energy monitoring system. Each month, MCUT publishes the electricity consumption of each building online to examine and confirm the areas with the highest energy wastage. MCUT also announces its electricity consumption at the green university meeting for tracking with improvements made. The university also regularly organizes lectures for new recruits and experiential camps for freshmen, enabling faculty, staff and students to have energy conservation ideas and habits, which are in turn incorporated into their daily lives.
