MCUT’s grievance channels for faculty and staff are unobstructed, with a Faculty Grievance Review Committee and Staff Grievance Review Committee set up. Members of faculty must file written grievances to the Office of the Secretariat/Secretary, while members of staff must file written grievances to the Personnel Office. Once a grievance is received, a meeting will be convened to review the grievances filed in accordance with the provisions formulated by the Review Committee for faculty and staff, respectively.
