MCUT’s grievance channels for faculty and staff are unobstructed, with a Faculty Grievance Review Committee and Staff Grievance Review Committee set up. Members of faculty must file written grievances to the Office of the Secretariat/Secretary, while members of staff must file written grievances to the Personnel Office. Once a grievance is received, a meeting will be convened to review the grievances filed in accordance with the provisions formulated by the Review Committee for faculty and staff, respectively. Grievance procedures and the list of members are available on the web pages of the Office of the Secretariat/Secretary and the Personnel Office.
