3.3.7 Mental health support for staff(2023)

MCUT provides mental health support to its faculty and staff, including (1) employing an on-campus psychiatrist who makes monthly announcements (excluding winter and summer breaks) and provides free consultation appointments, and depending on the evaluation results, the psychiatrist can assist in direct referrals to specialized hospitals for treatment; (2) holding free seminars and activities on mental health and guidance skills; (3) employing physicians to visit the school every two months, providing physical and mental health counseling and referral services; (4) organizing free seminars on positive thinking education and health promotion, providing information on mental health, enabling faculty and staff to have good mental health and positivity; and (5) assisting faculty and staff in the protection against ergonomic hazards, unusual workloads, and unlawful infringement, as well as maternal health.
